Here's the bottom line...
To Pre-Plan the Funeral or Cremation of your choice,
follow these 5 steps:
The first thing to consider when choosing a location is the stability of the company.
That is often reveled by the "other" ways the location supports the family.
When you call or text me at 909-367-8018 I will show you the many ways my company supports you and your family other than just performing a funeral or cremation and or laying you to rest.
Remember that your Mortuary does not become your Mortuary until someone passes away.
Before that, you should see us as another bank account that specializes in this style of investment.
A solid institution that will be there for you
whenever the service is needed.
Standing ready to execute the plan you put on a guaranteed contract. Hopefully many years from now.
My company has nearly 2,400 locations.
I am licensed for the State of California, focused in Southern California.
My company has served every American President and First Lady since 1963 and many celebrities and prominent business people.
Consider this when shopping for the right company for you and especially your family.
We were also awarded the JD Power Presidents Award.
Their highest honor.
Let's get started...
There are 2 parts to every Funeral Plan. MORTUARY SERVICES AND CEMETERY SERVICES.
For those choosing Cremation, a Mortuary must perform that function.
Multiple contracts are allowed to complete your plan.
This allows for greater flexibility with monthly payments - stretching out your payments for many years if so desired.
Many of my locations are "Combo" locations. Meaning that we have Cremation, Mortuary and Cemetery services in one location on the same grounds. Each business must run as separate entities (so you will have separate contracts) for the purpose of offering the flexibility of choosing one location without being forced to use the other. This also allows us to offer you different payment terms for your Mortuary contract than your Cemetery Contract so you can truly customize your plan.
1. Decide what you want - Burial or Cremation.
Every life lived, no matter how long or short, deserves to be celebrated with Dignity, Honor and Respect.
Your plan should reflect your style.
Style does not have to be expensive.
If you can't make up your mind about the type of service, then the cost is probably the key factor.
An accurate price quote should help you decide.
Believe it or not - It's better to start small and add to the plan later than to over-spend and then try to remove products or services from an established guaranteed contract.
There are many things I can do to make a proper celebration affordable.
Contact me so we can talk about customizing a plan for you.
Cremation Families, remember that your home is not a permanent resting place. Eventually someone else will live in that home.
Because of this, we offer many options for placing an Urn in our Cemeteries. For more, see the "Cremation Specialist" page.
Veterans...
The U.S. Government owns Cemeteries, not Mortuaries.
Honorably Discharged Veterans receive Cemetery Property and related Cemetery Products and Services
(for the Veteran and Married Spouse or minor child) at no charge when your DD-214 is presented to the Mortuary.
Planning and Paying for your Funeral or Cremation with your local mortuary remains the Veteran's responsibility.
As one of my veteran clients put it, "So Patrick, everything inside the cemetery gate is free. Getting me through the gate is what I need to do with the Mortuary". RIGHT? - RIGHT!
So...
When the Mortuary has completed the service of your choice (Funeral or Cremation) the Mortuary will make arrangements for you to be placed at a National Cemetery at no charge. Terms and Restrictions apply.
I can help you secure your VA burial benefits.
That brings us to step 2...
2. Decide how much you can afford.
Whether in monthly payments or a lump sum, the choice is yours when you pre-plan it.
Remember that no one has passed away yet. Time is still on your side.
Depending on how much time we have to work with, payments can be stretched out over many months or years. This greatly eases the financial burden.
There are many things I can do to fit your plans into your budget.
Remember, there is GUARANTEED ACCEPTANCE. So relax.
Don't assume anything related to costs until we have talked.
That brings us to step 3...
3. Contact me.
Let's talk about your plans.
I promise to Serve you. Not to sell you.
We'll spend as much time as it takes discussing your plans.
We will pick the right Mortuary / Cremation Cemetery location for you and your family.
With nearly 50 Southern California locations, I have a location that is right for you.
Meeting locations are flexible - Home, Office or Mortuary / Cemetery or Video Conference.
It may take more than one visit to put the right plan together for you and that's OK.
So, relax and enjoy the process.
When we get it right, I'll put your plan on paper in the form of an accurate quote showing a variety of Monthly Payment Options.
It's never too early but it can be too late to have the ability to make monthly payments.
That brings us to step 4...
4. Secure Your Plan.
That's a nice way of saying, "Pay for it".
We will put the quote you approve on a Goods and Services contract.
Depending on the store you are buying from (Mortuary or Cemetery) and your age, you can set terms as short as
12 months and as long as 120 months. The choice is yours.
When payments are complete, you will have established a "Paid-in-Full" account for the service of your choice.
Guaranteed Acceptance. No credit check. No use of credit of any kind.
We all know that time flies by so quickly. So, start your plan as soon as you possibly can.
Before you know it, it will be paid off and you'll be done with it.
Last, but not least...
5. Share...
Tell everyone you know that could be responsible for executing your plan who to call when the time comes.
Hopefully many years from now.
This one can get a little confusing if you have a large, blended, alternative or separated family.
I can help iron this out for you with an
Advanced Health Care Directive.
I will provide you with all of the tools your family will need so they can hold their heads high when their time comes to walk into the Mortuary. Including:
> A Free Personal Planning Guide that allows you to record all of the details that ensure your plan is carried out properly.
> A summary worksheet that makes it easy for your family to remember who to call when the times comes.
Well, there it is in a nut shell.
